Silver Surfer Vaporizer Warranty
The SSV now comes with a lifetime warranty on the housing and base. This does not cover wear and tear. It does not cover someone going crazy, and driving a car over it or dropping the SSV off a 20 story building. We provide a 3 year warranty on all electrical parts. Finally we offer a 30 day warranty on all glass on the SSV unit*. For the glass you must take a picture of it and show us what broke. Do not play us here please. If anything happens within the warranty period, you send it to us and we take care of the issue**. If after the warranty period is over, you can get anything replaced on the SSV for $25 or plus return shipping. We have 3 test models that have been running for over 6 years and still running just as strong as day one. You are always welcome to come check out the original in our shop! Pretty much the SSV has been designed to last many worry free years!
*This refers to the heatercover and knob.
**We inspect all custom glass before shipping it to our customers, but things can get broken in shipment, as long as we are contacted immediately after the damaged product is recieved we will generally attempt to solve any issues that arise.
